summer terrace menu exclusively at Eaton's
annual Unheard Sound and Music Festival.
Inspired by a decade in Hong Kong, bringing
a new interpretation to local eats and
what it means to be home.

Featuring familiar tastes in unexpected
formats. Bites and bespoke cocktails reimagining
Hong Kong favorites and flavors with unexpected
noteworthy ingredients. A fun combination of
various cultural influences accented by
the city's spice and scorching heat.

Designed with sound and the festival at
the forefront, encouraging guests and
attendees to see loud and taste loud.
